This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the valuefy.ro website uses, and why.
1. In short
The valuefy.ro website does not use advertising or analytics cookies (traffic statistics) and does not track you on other websites. We only use a few items that are strictly necessary for the website to work and stay secure.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Local storage (for example sessionStorage) is similar: it keeps information in your browser, without sending it to the server automatically.

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may also set other technical security cookies when it detects suspicious traffic. They are not used for advertising or to build a profile of you.
4. Why we don't ask for your consent
The law (the ePrivacy Directive, implemented in Romania by Law no. 506/2004) does not require consent for cookies and storage that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for. Because we only use such items, we do not show a consent banner. If we ever add analytics tools or other cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before turning them on.
5. Links to other websites
The website contains links to external services, for example WhatsApp, Facebook or LinkedIn (to share a listing). These services may set their own cookies only if you follow the link and land on their website, under their own policies. We do not load scripts or buttons from these networks on our pages. Some illustrative photos may be loaded directly from Unsplash's servers (images.unsplash.com); in that case your browser sends Unsplash the usual technical data of a request, such as your IP address.
6. How you can control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block Cloudflare's security cookies, some pages or forms may not work properly. Data in sessionStorage is deleted automatically when you close the tab.
